Café Tender Documentation (CAD Drawing Set)

This project showcases my ability to prepare a partial tender-issue documentation set for a mid-scale commercial interior. The task required producing accurate 2D CAD drawings for a café, following industry standards for construction documentation.

The set includes essential pages such as the location plan, existing and proposed floor plans, demolition plan, furniture plan, reflected ceiling plan, and section. All drawings were completed using correct layers, line weights, material tags, annotations, dimensions, schedules, and an A1 title block.

The focus of this project was to demonstrate technical drafting skills, spatial accuracy, and clear communication of design intent to builders, consultants, and contractors. These drawings are marked “Not For Construction” and reflect the level of detail expected in a professional tender package.
